Yahya Basha is the Founder and Managing Director of Bridgewalker Consulting, a Dubai-based real estate advisory firm.

His experience has been built through working directly with private investors across Dubai's residential real estate market, advising on both off-plan and secondary-market opportunities.

Over the years, Yahya has developed particular experience in villas and townhouses within Dubai's master-planned communities, helping clients navigate investment selection, market assessment, sourcing, negotiation, acquisition and eventual exit.

His approach begins with the investor — not the property.

Before considering what to acquire, Yahya seeks to understand the person behind the capital: their objectives, investment horizon, priorities and circumstances.

He then combines this understanding with his knowledge of Dubai's communities, developers, market dynamics, infrastructure and longer-term development direction to form a view on what may be suitable.

This approach has resulted in relationships that extend beyond a single transaction, with clients returning for subsequent acquisitions, disposals and reinvestment decisions.

His clients are often professionals, entrepreneurs, families and private investors who have built expertise in their own fields but do not necessarily have the time or market exposure required to navigate Dubai real estate themselves.
